VNGOC Contributions to the 53rd CND
VNGOC at the 52nd Session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs
During the 53rd session the VNGOC prepared a Conference Room Paper for the Thematic Debate, made two statements to the Commission, organised informal dialogues with the President of INCB and the Executive Director of UNODC and co-sponsored two events as well as hosting a daily NGO briefing.
