Registering a new account on the NGO Marketplace is a three-step process:
- Specify the user type, the E-mail address and the password.
- Confirm the E-mail address.
- Fill out the respective profile information.
The above image shows the first step. Before you specify your desired login information, you must select between creating an NGO profile and a person profile. People on the NGO Marketplace may take on roles in NGOs and projects, and may exchange messages with other users.
A safe password is automatically generated for you, and it is highly recommended that you use it. However, you may still specify a password of your own. Passwords are verified for strength — make sure you to avoid real words, and to use both upper letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Finally, specify the security code by deciphering the characters that are displayed in the image above.
