Dear VNGOC Members,
The VNGOC Board is inviting you to an Extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place on:
Wednesday, 21 October at 2PM CET
at the Vienna International Centre (room to be confirmed) and online
The meeting will address matters that require a decision by the membership before the next regular AGM. Members will receive an update on the 2025 audit process, complete the postponed Board elections, and consider and decide on the procedural and governance steps needed to resolve outstanding matters from the previous General Meeting. A detailed draft agenda, including the specific matters to be discussed and decided, relevant supporting documents, and information on the Board election process will be circulated in advance of the meeting.
We encourage all members to participate, either in person or online.
