People who Use Drugs and People Living in Prison Settings, the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UNODC HIV/AIDS Section, the New York NGO Committee on Drugs and the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs.
