We invite you to join us for our next webinar discussing how UNODC works to collect and analyze data on drug related issues, on December 15th at 3PM CET (Vienna time) via Zoom. Interpretation in French, Russian & Spanish will be available.
The event is organized in cooperation with the UNODC Civil Society Unit (CSU) and the UNODC Research and Trend Analysis Branch (RAB) and aims to further strengthen meaningful engagement of civil society organizations in the work of UNODC by showing the approach and the principles governing data production in UNODC, as implemented by the Research Branch.
RAB leads UNODC’s work in collecting and analysing data that is essential evidence to inform policymaking of Member States in drugs and crime domains. This information is an important tool for the work of non-governmental stakeholders that engage with UNODC and is consumed by the wider public.
The webinar will feature inter-active presentations by Chloe Carpentier (Chief, UNODC Drug Research Section) and Enrico Bisogno (Chief, UNODC Data Development and Dissemination Section). Questions and inter-active discussions will be encouraged throughout the event.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the event.
