The Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) will again host a number of thematic discussions on the implementation of specific chapters of the outcome document (English, Français, Español, العربية,中文, русский) of the United Nations General Assembly Special Session (UNGASS) on the world drug problem.

For each chapter there will be one ore more panels followed by interactive discussion. The official work plan can be found here. VNGOC and NYNGOC were asked to select civil society representatives to speak on the panels and make interventions form the floor.
