CND Side Event: “THE DECLARATION OF OVIEDO: 2024 GLOBAL INITIATIVE FOR INCORPORATING PREVENTION IN DRUG POLICIES”

the Association Proyecto Hombre with the support of Spain, the UNODC Prevention, Treatment and
Rehabilitation Section, the Pompidou Group of the Council of Europe, the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs, the World Federation Against Drugs and Dianova International.
